Buffalo Wild Wings Grill & Bar

It's kind of awkward to sit yourself at any table, it kinda takes away from being tended to a bit easier since the wait staff would have to recognize that you are there.(lack of communication). Food was good, beer cold. Can't ask for more.

The food was decent and there was no wait which was a plus. The issue I had was the wait once we were seated. Waited about 10 minutes and not one person came to say hi or ask us if we wanted drinks. We had to ask for a waitress. When she came (no apology) we asked for 4 waters. Not kidding we waited 10 minutes for water. So now 20 minutes have passed and we have yet to put in our order. After we put in our order it was another long wait for our food. No updates from waitress. Food came...we are missing our drinks and dressing. I know the waitresses name but don't want to shout it out here. I just hope they improve. That's about all I can ask for. Be better.

Very nice place but good employees and bartenders are leaving as new GM is never there and some other managers are not doing their job right. Even the bar condiments are vanishing and specially bar straws are rare to find. The New GM needs to be around in the evenings and do some work. Get to know regular customers. I am regular and have not seen him once. Dont know if he actually works there do does work from home kind of thing. .🤣🤣😜
